This Project consists of Furnishing the Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Terminal Units to be installed by the Building Contractor of the under-construction V Building Addition: the AHU being of capacity to condition the Addition and the Existing building when the project is complete; also, to be Furnished, Variable Volume Terminal units (VVU’s) and Fan Terminal Units (FTU’s) for use throughout the Addition; and, miscellaneous support services such as delivery to the site, as well as, participation in Shop Drawings, Start-up Testing, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, etc.
