MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING & TOUR OF THE GROUNDS
The college will conduct a pre-bid meeting and host a tour of the grounds on July 6, 2017. The meeting will begin at 2:00pm. The meeting will be held on the Palatka Campus in the Board Room, Building A, Room A-152, in order to facilitate a tour of the grounds for which services will be expected to be rendered by the awarded bidder. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and tour is a mandatory requirement to be considered a ‘Responsive Bidder’. This will be the only time the College staff will be available to respond directly to questions regarding services as described in the specifications listed in Section 5.0.

PUBLIC BID OPENING
St. Johns River State College will conduct a Public bid/proposal opening at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 24, 2017. The meeting will be held on the Palatka Campus in the Board Room, Building A, Room A-154. The meeting is open to the public. Bidders are welcome to attend but will not have the opportunity to speak.
