Description: St. Johns River State College is inviting qualification statements from professional firms, registered and licensed to do work in the State of Florida, interested in providing architectural design, engineering, and administration for construction services, for the renovation of the current multi-function FloArts facility on the Palatka campus with an addition, if budget permits. The professional services for this project may be delivered in one or more phases. The Architect firm that is awarded this contract will be performing services for all phases.
