PUBLIC PRE-BID MEETING
The college will hold a pre-bid meeting on March 26, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in Room L-112 on the SJR State St. Augustine Campus, 2990 College Drive, St. Augustine, FL. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a mandatory requirement for primary bidders to be eligible to bid on this project. Attendance will be taken. A tour of Building V and the work site will immediately follow the meeting. Sub-contractors are welcome but attendance is not mandatory. This meeting is open to the public.
DEADLINE FOR BID SUBMISSION
Sealed bids, clearly marked on the outside with the contractor’s name and BID-SJR-06-2018, are due to Beverly J. Barker, Director of Capital Contract Management, St. Johns River State College, Business Office, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida 32177, by 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2019. Bids must be received by the deadline in order to be considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure delivery to the correct location.
