The contract for this ITB will be awarded to the responsive vendor who submits the lowest cost.

PRE-BID MEETING
The college will conduct a pre-bid meeting on Friday, November 2, 2018. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm EST. The meeting will be held in the board room on the Palatka Campus, 5001 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka Florida, 32177, Building A, Room A0154.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is a mandatory requirement to be considered a ‘Responsive Bidder’
