ERAU Blue-Gold Connection Transfer Program

The Blue-Gold Connection is an exciting partnership between SJR State and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) that makes transferring to ERAU after finishing your studies at SJR State easier than ever. With two clear pathways, you can take the next step toward continuing your education at one of the nation’s top aviation and aerospace universities.

Pick Your Path:

1. Option 1: Graduate with an AA degree from SJR State.
   • Students choosing this option will be eligible for general transfer scholarships from ERAU, provided they have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have filed the FAFSA. Note that Option 1 does not make you eligible for the Blue-Gold Scholarship.
2. Option 2: Work with an ERAU advisor to create a personalized transfer guide that outlines the courses you’ll need to take for an easy transition.

Students selecting Option 2 will be eligible for the Blue-Gold Scholarship ($2,000), in addition to any transfer scholarships they qualify for, as long as they have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have filed the FAFSA.

Finish Your General Education:
Most of your general education courses can be completed at SJR State, so you’ll be well-prepared for a smooth transfer to ERAU.

Personalized Transfer Guide:
If you choose the personalized transfer guide, you’ll need to complete at least 30 credit hours (after high school graduation) from the courses listed on your guide to be eligible for the Blue-Gold Scholarship. To set up your personalized guide, simply meet with an ERAU advisor or admissions representative.
