Tickets FAQs
Will tickets be required for guests to attend Commencement?
Yes, tickets will be required for guests at no charge.
Eligible participants will be allocated six guest tickets. Tickets must be claimed online by
the graduating student using their name and Vikings email address. Any orders under a
different name or email address will be canceled.
How do I request guest tickets?
Eligible participants who have completed a Graduation Application and confirmed their attendance at the ceremony will receive an email at their Vikings email address. This email will include details about the ceremony and a link to order tickets through the online system. Students must use their Vikings email address to place ticket orders. For questions about the ticket ordering process, students can contact the Office of Student Affairs at (386) 312-4127 or email .
Do children need tickets?
Children who are 3 years of age and older must have a ticket to attend the ceremony.
Children aged two years and under are NOT required to have a ticket but will need to be
held in the lap of an attendee. Strollers may NOT be placed in aisles within the guest
seating area. Stroller parking will be available in the lobby.
Are extra guest tickets available?
Additional guest tickets may become available after the initial allocation. Extra tickets will
be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:00 AM on December 5, 2024.
Students may call the Thrasher-Horne Center at (904) 276-6815 or visit the Center’s Guest
Services office in person between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to request additional tickets.
How will I receive my guest tickets?
When ordering tickets online, you can choose to receive your tickets via email or US mail.
Can I make copies of my guest ticket for others to use?
No, tickets cannot be duplicated. Each ticket has a unique barcode that will be scanned at
entry. Guests with duplicated tickets will be denied entry.
Do guest tickets need to be printed?
You do not need to print your tickets. You may print your tickets or display the barcode on
your mobile device for entry.
How can I reserve accessible seating?
Guests requiring accessible seating should contact the Thrasher-Horne Center Guest
Services office at (904) 276-6815 to make arrangements. Accessible seating is limited.
