In as little as 4 weeks, this program prepares students to begin a rewarding career as a certified nursing assistant (CNA), nurse aide or orderly in long term care facilities.
Students are eligible to take the certified nursing assistant examination in Florida upon successful completion of 120 hours, including interpersonal skills, medical terminology, legal and ethical responsibilities, safe and efficient work, employability skills, gerontology, nutrition, pet-facilitated therapy, health and safety and American Health Association Life Support/Health Care Provider CPR.
