Florida School of the Arts presents "Graduate Exhibition"
A presentation of animation, studio art and new media will be presented in the Florida School of the Arts Graduate Exhibition opening Thursday, April 6 at 5:00 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public.
According to Professor of Animation/New Media Justin Murphy, "The students featured in this exhibit have a wide range of artistic styles and career goals, and we encourage that."
Student artists in this visual arts capstone presentation include Kolben Clayton, Sierra Decker, Kelly Ventura and Ian Watt.
The Graduate Exhibition is open to the public through May 18 in the FloArts main gallery located on the Palatka campus of St. Johns River State College. Gallery hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and during Main Stage performances.
In addition to studio art and graphic design/new media, other two-year associate degrees awarded at FloArts are acting, dance performance, musical theater, stage management and theater technology.
