The Bachelor of Science in Social and Human Services prepares students to support diverse client needs in human services, social work, counseling, and nonprofit leadership. The curriculum builds critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on learning, fieldwork, and research projects.

Graduates will be ready to:

  • Coordinate and supervise programs that support public well-being
  • Assist individuals and families facing mental health or substance abuse challenges
  • Leverage community and national resources to make a difference

The program requires 120 credit hours, including 60 from an A.A. degree.

An optional track is available for students interested in teaching social studies in Florida K-12 schools.
