St. Johns River State College is proud to announce the anticipated opening of student housing on the Palatka Campus fall 2025. Conveniently located just a short walk from classrooms, laboratories, and student activities, you will experience a keen sense of community living.

Enjoy a secure and convenient work, study and living environment in fully furnished apartment-style housing with single or shared bedrooms. Amenities include free Wi-Fi throughout the building, central laundry facility, community lounges, on-site parking, outside grounds for sports and a residential life team working to create a warm, welcoming environment for you.
